How information is used

Information is used to provide learning access, manage enrolment, review assignments, support Students, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve academy operations.

Payment information

MasTECH Academy does not store full card details. Flutterwave processes payment information. We retain transaction references, status, amount, currency, and necessary audit data.

Presence and activity

The academy may show authorised Instructors and Super Admins simple online/offline and last-active status for learner support and academy operations.

Data access

Students see their own work. Instructors see data for assigned Forms. Super Admins manage academy data. Access is controlled using role-based permissions.
